Darlene Bell is an experienced nurse who worked in pediatrics from 1976 to 1986. Afterward, she served as the Director of AFC Little Lambs Daycare in Elkhart, Indiana for 14 years. At Family Cares (AFC) Mission, Darlene transitioned into case management, where she now works with the Life Change Afterschool Program and the Youth Employment Program. Her expertise in nursing, combined with her extensive experience in childcare and case management, makes Darlene a valuable asset to the organization. She is dedicated to improving the lives of young people in the community and helping them to succeed in their education and careers.
