Dr. Debra Stanford holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Education, from Capella University. With over 20 years of experience as a community organizer and communication director with Target Area Development, Debra has collaborated with leaders of the Chicago Public Schools and various community-based organizations to promote criminal justice, healthy lifestyles, and educational equity. She is also an international traveler and poet. Debra's extensive knowledge in education and experience as a community organizer make her a valuable member of Family Cares (AFC) Mission's team, dedicated to improving the lives of people in the community.
